A heads up for Ontario anglers: the 2020 Ontario Fishing Regulations came into effect January 1. British Columbia’s Freshwater Fishing Regulations came into effect in 2019 and will remain in place until March 31, 2021, and you can always check the sport fishing guide by region here. West Kelowna RCMP are hoping to reunite a sailboat with its owners. The ice-covered boat was found leaning against a retaining wall on the shore of Okanagan Lake, but the Mounties have been unable to find its owner thus far.
